About LivHome Workspace

LivHome Workspace is buYoung's personal collection of tools and writing. It gathers everyday utilities — a JSON formatter, JWT decoder, timezone converter, finance calculators, and more — in one place so you can use them straight from the browser, with no install and no sign-in.

The LivHome project

LivHome Workspace currently lists 31 catalog tools. Its fun pages offer a fortune cookie, roulette and ASCII art. Tools have English and Korean interfaces; blog posts are published in Korean.

Implementation choices

Astro includes page metadata, guides and articles in static HTML. React provides the interactive editors and calculators. Calculations and text conversion run in the browser, while requests such as fortune messages and timezone search use the Go API.

  • The JSON formatter preserves the original spelling of large integers and decimals.
  • The regex tester runs work separately and stops it after a 1,000ms budget.
  • Meeting export writes the selected instant into a UTC calendar file.
  • Each tool includes examples and limits below its controls so its assumptions can be checked.

Favorites, recent tools and theme use browser storage; Google Drive sync is optional. The Privacy Policy distinguishes those features from page advertising, analytics, authentication and sharing data flows.
