Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LivHome Workspace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides:

  • Web-based tools for development, text processing, math, time, unit conversion, and more
  • Blog content
  • Favorites and recently used tools management
  • Other features as developed and provided by the operator

User Accounts

  • Account creation is done through Google Sign-In.
  • By signing in, you consent to the collection of your email address and Google account identifier.
  • Most features of the Service are available without signing in.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Collect other users' personal information without authorization
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Threaten the security of the Service or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to place excessive load on the Service

Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and software included in the Service are the intellectual property of the operator.
  • You may freely use the tools provided through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Service or its outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. You are responsible for how you use results or information obtained through the Service.

Changes to the Service

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in advance.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
