About Create D-Day
Open a shared D-Day countdown in its own viewer.
Use a link made by the Time Dashboard. The viewer reads the target date, title and theme from its dday query parameter.
Keep the viewer open for the countdown or copy the current result; edit the event in the dashboard.
The calculation or rendering runs in this browser tab. Copy, download and share actions make the chosen output available outside this tab.
The dday query contains the event settings and is sent with a page request; avoid sensitive titles.

Scope and limits
- The viewer is read-only, so sample/reset editing is unavailable here. Labels are limited to 256 characters and the encoded query to 16,384 characters.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the link fix an absolute timezone instant?
- The payload contains a date, not a timezone-aware meeting instant. For an event with an exact UTC start and duration, use the Timezone Converter’s calendar export.
